Can I quit the pilot?

Yes, you can quit the pilot whenever you would like to. Just contact us to let us know.

Can I pause my pilot?

In most cases, yes. We are extremely grateful for your help in this pilot, so we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are planning on being gone or would just like a break, please reach out to us to let us know.

Do I have to order all meals for the day?

No, you are welcome to order as many or as few meals per day as you would like. We would appreciate you trying to order as many as possible to give us as much data to work with as possible, but ultimately it is your decision.

How do I sign up?

At this time we have a limited number of spots available in our pilot program which is closed to the public in order to help us optimize and improve our processes. To participate, you must contact us directly and reside in the Pullman, WA area.

Do I have to order meals for every day?

No, when you place an order you will have the flexibility to choose which meals and which days you would like to order for, as well as quantity portion size.


What if I don't like what's on the menu a particular day? Can I order the same food for multiple days?

Yes. If you see something you like a lot on the menu, feel free to order multiple quantities of the meal. When the extras are delivered, you can keep them refrigerated, then return the container as usual when you're done. We recommend refrigerating for no longer than 2 days after delivery, but this is ultimately up to you.

How do I heat up my food?

Each item on our menu is accompanied with suggested reheat instructions. However, all meals served warm should be reheated to at least 165° F, unless intended to be consumed cold. All of our containers are microwave safe, and our glass containers are also oven safe. The plastic lids are not microwave or oven safe and must be removed prior to reheating.

Do you accomodate dietary needs and restrictions?

We do offer some alternative options for dietary needs, specifically vegetarian and vegan options. Unfortunately due to the small volume of our pilot, at this time we aren't able to make many accomodations, but please reach out to us directly if you have a request.


When will I receive my deliveries?

Meals are delivered between set delivery windows Monday thru Friday. Your specific delivery time will vary depending on the route, and more details will be shared shortly before the first week of deliveries on October 19th. If you have restrictions regarding when you need your food delivered, please let us know.

Where and how will my deliveries be left?

Meals will be delivered in a consolidated reusable bag left at your front door. If you have an alternative delivery location requirement, please reach out to us and let us know.
